In today's consumer-focused health care landscape, driving quality education and engagement for your patients is critical. Improving the quality of care by adding staff can be effective, and it can be costly. Providing information online for patients can be cost effective, but overwhelming for some. There are other options. Low-cost, high-impact technologies are available to MedAxiom members—ones that are proven to create and enhance patient engagement. Learn how one MedAxiom member leveraged ContextMedia:Health's technology across its offices to better educate its patients and ultimately improve quality of care. We will highlight the importance of emphasizing preventative education, promoting care coordination, and empowering the patient to be an active participant in their health care.

Learning Objectives/Takeaways:
• Better prepare patients prior to physician visits
• Strengthen the message around preventative health
• Align your education message with new MACRA requirements requirements as physicians are taking on risk and responsibility for patient education, engagement, and outcomes
• Empower patients to ask more and better educated questions
• Enhance the patient experience through valuable education
