Qualifications

“The “Money Back Guarantee” offer is valid for MedAxiom Level 2 and Level 3 members who complete the Annual Survey and have attended at least one bi-annual conference during the first year of membership. The member must have paid for their membership within the terms of payment and be in good standing throughout the year for any additional services provided, event attendances, or other MedAxiom activities.
