Michele Frymoyer, MHA, is vice president of Operations for MedStar Ambulatory Cardiology. For over twenty years, Frymoyer has led ambulatory cardiology services within 23 office and eight hospital locations spanning a wide geography, from Baltimore to DC, and throughout suburban and southern Maryland. She currently coordinates the cardiovascular care of patients within the community by working with nearly 80 physicians in the following specialties: non-invasive cardiology, interventional cardiology, advanced heart failure, electrophysiology and vascular surgery.
Michele is responsible for strategic planning, practice operations, financial management and professional development of physician and administrative leaders within MedStar’s ambulatory cardiology services. She led the successful integration of a private cardiology practice within MedStar Health, opened 20 offices in new geographic markets, developed a new virtual care model to improve access, and created a systemwide Cardiology Practice Council representing over 150 cardiologists at all MedStar locations.
