Rachael Battin has more than 21 years of leadership experience in the healthcare, revenue cycle management, risk adjustment and staffing services industries. Prior to joining RoundTable, Rachael was the President for Staff 2.0, Inc., where she oversaw the direction of the organization, consulting services and strategic development. Rachael served as the Vice President of Clinical, Quality and Compliance for Peak Risk Adjustment Solutions, Inc, (Peak). While there she oversaw Clinical Operations, developed and implemented policies and procedures to drive efficiency and quality for client deliverables, supporting revenue growth of 100%.
Additionally, she served more than 17 years with Maxim Healthcare Services, during which she provided leadership, supervision, and direction in positions including Sr. Director of Enterprise Project Management Organization, Director of Homecare Quality Metrics, Director of Business Operations Manager/Clinical Liaison, National Director of Operations, and Regional Accounts Manager. Rachael received her certificate in Healthcare Compliance, courtesy of the Health Care Compliance Association.
Rachael holds a Master of Arts in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO. She is an active volunteer and enjoys spending time with her family, dog and coaching a local high school cross country team.
