Taylr Jesinger Joins MedAxiom as Vice President of Innovation

MedAxiom is pleased to announce that Taylr Jesinger, MHA, has joined the company as vice president of innovation. As the first in this role at MedAxiom, Taylr will focus on developing and translating new ideas and theories into practice while supporting operational excellence. This newly formed position aims to further MedAxiom’s dedication to care transformation and innovation throughout the cardiovascular industry.
Prior to joining MedAxiom, Taylr spent a decade with MedStar Health – a large, not-for-profit healthcare system in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia that includes the MedStar Heart Institute, a MedAxiom member. During her tenure, Taylr championed transformative care delivery models, including telemedicine services and a transitional care program for high-risk patients with congestive heart failure that reduced hospital readmissions by nearly 50%.
Taylr received her Master of Health Administration from the University of Kentucky. During that time, she worked in sociological and entrepreneurial research focused on studying health issues and economic disparity in rural Appalachia. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in neuroscience from the University of Southern California and worked in molecular biology research at the USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center and Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.
