This six-week course is designed for new cardiovascular (CV) advanced practice providers (APPs) working in electrophysiology (EP) or for general CV APPs who wish to expand their EP knowledge. The course incorporates videos, textbooks and publications to cover these essential topics:
For APPs: This curriculum is designed to help new APPs immerse themselves in EP. The lecture material will cover the pertinent topics APPs can expect to see in EP daily, covering epidemiology, pathophysiology, clinical presentation, diagnosis, and management, to allow the participant to make sound, evidence-based clinical decisions.
For Employers of APPs: This curriculum will facilitate the APPs’ on-the-job learning while enhancing their clinical competence and ability to improve patient outcomes.
