The 2025 Ambulatory Cardiovascular Nursing and Clinical Support Team Workforce Survey Report offered the most current national insights into how ambulatory cardiovascular teams were staffed, structured and evolving. This webinar highlighted key findings from the report and translated them into practical, strategic actions for cardiovascular leaders navigating rising demand, increasing clinical complexity, and workforce constraints.
Attendees gained a clear view of workforce composition and role differentiation across registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, medical assistants, nurse navigators and other clinical support roles, with emphasis on common gaps, variability and capacity risks in ambulatory care. The session concluded with targeted strategies to optimize team-based care models, improve access and sustainability, and align workforce design with quality and value-based care.
