Bryan Mullen, MBA, BAN, RN, is Vice President of Care Transformation Services at MedAxiom, where he partners with cardiovascular programs nationwide to improve clinical, operational and financial performance. He works with hospitals, health systems and physician organizations to develop strategies that strengthen service lines, optimize care delivery and support sustainable growth. Prior to joining MedAxiom, Bryan served as Cardiovascular Service Line Program Manager for UnityPoint Health, driving enterprise initiatives across a multi-state integrated health system. His work centered on operational excellence, analytics, revenue cycle optimization, physician alignment and technology implementation. Previously, he served as Executive Director of Cardiovascular Services, providing leadership across the inpatient, outpatient and ambulatory care continuum. Bryan’s career spans clinical practice, operations and executive leadership. His clinical experience as a registered nurse focused on cardiovascular procedural services and intensive care populations. This combination of clinical background and executive leadership enables him to bring practical, experience-based solutions to the organizations he serves. Bryan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Nursing from Luther College and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Dubuque. He serves as President of the Board of Directors for Foundation 2 Crisis Services, an Iowa-based nonprofit dedicated to crisis prevention, intervention and behavioral health support.
