As Vice President of Care Transformation Services at MedAxiom, Jaime applies over 25 years of clinical and operational experience to improve organizational processes, workflows, and human performance.

Jaime began her journey in healthcare as a nuclear medicine technologist and eventually transitioned into operational leadership, providing her with a perspective encompassing vantage points from the clinician to the C-suite. Before coming to MedAxiom, Jaime served as director of noninvasive cardiovascular services for Norton Healthcare in Kentucky, where she also oversaw cardiovascular imaging services for the hospitals and outpatient services. She has extensive experience in inpatient and ambulatory imaging settings and sits on various boards in the cardiovascular imaging field.

Jaime earned a Doctor of Education degree in leadership and learning, specializing in healthcare administration and leadership; a Master of Business Administration; and a Bachelor of Health Science in nuclear medicine technology.
