In her role as administrative assistant, Leyton Payne uses her background in mass communications and project management to provide support across MedAxiom’s service line departments, including Member Services, Care Transformation Services and Revenue Cycle Solutions.
Prior to joining MedAxiom, Leyton developed a strong foundation in professional communication and media relations. Her background includes working as an assistant sports information director for the Kennesaw State University Athletic Department, where she managed media scheduling and social platforms, as well as serving as a project manager intern for commercial infrastructure firms, handling logistics and multi-party contractor communications. She is highly proficient in collaborative business systems, digital media platforms and data reporting tools.
Leyton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in organizational and professional communications from Kennesaw State University. She is a recipient of the Chick-fil-A Remarkable Futures Leadership Scholarship and was selected as a Division 1 Student-Athlete Leadership Council representative.
