As Vice President of Care Transformation Services at MedAxiom, Nicole brings nearly two decades of clinical and leadership experience in cardiovascular care delivery. With deep expertise in advanced heart failure (HF) and structural heart disease, her work focuses on aligning quality, efficiency and workforce development to strengthen cardiovascular programs and improve patient outcomes across the continuum of care.
Prior to joining MedAxiom, Nicole served as program director for advanced HF and structural heart programs in Nashville, TN, where she led quality improvement initiatives, workflow optimization and program growth strategy. She is recognized for her ability to translate evidence into practice and guide multidisciplinary teams in implementing scalable care models that improve timely access to care and enhance clinical outcomes. Her approach emphasizes advancing high-value care through guideline implementation, program optimization and the integration of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI). She also contributed to advancing the cardiovascular workforce through graduate nursing education and mentorship as clinical faculty at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing.
Nicole holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Executive Advanced. She is also a Certified Heart Failure Nurse and has demonstrated advanced cardiovascular clinical expertise by completing the Certified Cardiovascular Knowledge Examination from the American College of Cardiology (ACC). Nicole is a Fellow of the ACC.
