Joe's background includes a Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. His expertise lies in improving organizational, process and human performance in corporations and associations. He has also taught at three universities and continues to remain on the faculty at two as an adjunct professor. Before coming to MedAxiom, he developed web-based knowledge-management systems for the U.S. Department of Defense, including the United States Army, Navy and Coast Guard to help them share information, and to share in the efforts and rewards of performance improvement activities across disparate locations. His projects at MedAxiom have included the creation of the MedXpert Knowledgebase, the development and expansion of the MedAxcess database and working with members and corporate partners on performance improvement projects. Joe continues to work on a number of new IT and partner-related initiatives while leading MedAxiom's Information Technology division.
