As an Application/Data Support Specialist at MedAxiom, Caldrick is responsible for supporting the MedAxcess online tool. Caldrick works with cardiology groups that contribute data and mine practices’ financial data to improve performance.
Caldrick joined MedAxiom with over 12 years of application support knowledge from his extensive experience within the information technology (IT) service management sector. He started his IT career at JP Morgan Chase as an Operations Analyst and advanced to become an application support analyst. In this role, Caldrick supported, maintained and upgraded various in-house business applications. He assisted various departments to ensure that their application compliance with the company’s quarterly and yearly audits. His deep understanding of many applications allowed him to identify and troubleshoot any issues and complete enhancements for the business in a timely manner. Caldrick assisted several developers with design, development, testing and debugging of software changes/issues. He developed and maintained a strong relationship with JP Morgan Chase’s line of business partners.
He also served for 15 years in the U.S. Navy.
