Application/Data Support Specialist
Caldrick comes to MedAxiom with over 12 years of Application Support knowledge with extensive experience within the Information Technology Service Management sector and has served 8 years in the U.S. Navy. He started at JP Morgan Chase as an Operations Analyst and advanced to become an Application Support Analyst. Caldrick supported, maintained, and upgraded various in-house business applications while at JP Morgan Chase. He was responsible for assisting various departments with making sure their applications were kept in compliance with the company’s quarterly and yearly audits. He had become very knowledgeable with many of the applications which had allowed him to be able to identify and troubleshoot any issues as well as being able to complete enhancements for the business in a timely manner. Caldrick assisted several developers with design, development, testing and debugging of software changes/issues. He was able to develop and maintain a strong relationship with JP Morgan Chase’s line of business partners.
Caldrick is responsible for supporting the MedAxcess online tool outside of cardiology, including a number of orthopedic groups that contribute data and engage in mining practice financial data to improve their performance.
