Hermon has over 17 years of experience in the information technology field. An experienced database administrator, Hermon is highly skilled in Windows, Mac, computer repair, technical support, database maintenance, and servers. Before joining MedAxiom, Hermon worked in helpdesk support and database administration at the Duval County Clerk of Courts in Jacksonville. In this role, he troubleshooted issues with internal users and external agencies and was the direct line of support to vendors and clerk database applications. He supported state legal document creation and maintenance using Adobe software, created quality assurance testing environments for various programs, and implemented updates to the court's various system databases using SQL 2008-2014.
Hermon earned an associate's degree in computer networking systems and telecommunications from ITT Technical Institute - Jacksonville.
