As MedAxiom’s Marketing and Communications Manager, Leah manages content and plans and executes communications to support member, partner and client engagement. She provides critical organizational support for all members of the Marketing team. She works closely with the Member Services, Ventures and Care Transformation Services teams to ensure all content and communications are aligned and effective. As a member of the MedAxiom Creative Services team, she delivers professional services that produce visually captivating and engaging content and communication strategies tailor-made for clients.
Leah has worked in the healthcare industry since 2010. Prior to joining MedAxiom, she managed customer loyalty and engagement programs for over 2,000 accounts at McKesson. Her experience includes industry, member and provider customer program management, direct-to-customer communications, and integrated content campaign creation. Her contributions to building online tools have improved customer and member program engagement and participation metrics. She is passionate about finding ways to increase awareness and drive value for key stakeholders and audiences, especially in healthcare.
Leah holds several certifications in project, inventory and database management.
