Leah has worked in the healthcare industry since 2010 and most recently at McKesson handling customer loyalty and engagement programs for over 2,000 accounts. Her experience includes industry, member and provider customer program management, direct-to-customer communications and integrated content campaign creation. Her contributions to building online tools have improved customer and member program engagement, and participation metrics. She is passionate about finding ways to increase awareness and drive value for key stakeholders and audiences, especially in healthcare.
As MedAxiom’s Marketing and Communications Manager, Leah is responsible for supporting member, partner and client engagement with content management, communication planning, and execution. She works closely with MedAxiom’s Membership, Ventures and Consulting teams to ensure all content and communications are aligned and effective.
Leah has several certifications supporting project management, inventory and database management.
