As the Meetings and Events Coordinator at MedAxiom, Caitlyn uses her keen eye for detail to support the planning and execution of all internal and external meetings and events. This process includes registration management, speaker communication and management, logistical arrangements, onsite implementation, venue and vendor relations, travel and housing accommodations, and post-event reconciliation and reporting.
In this role, Caitlyn applies her vast experience in customer service, member relations and event planning. In addition to planning multiple weddings and events in the last few years, she previously worked with multiple credit unions in outbound sales and lending. She built and led the outbound department, developing long-term processes and procedures, educating members and providing knowledgeable feedback on their credit. She received multiple awards for her outstanding efforts and achievement in this role.
