Karen Wilson serves as vice president of Member Services for MedAxiom, where she leads efforts to help cardiovascular organizations fully leverage the benefits of membership. Her work focuses on member engagement, strategic growth, and helping organizations use benchmarking data and industry insights to improve performance. 

With more than two decades of experience in healthcare leadership, Karen has held roles in strategic planning, business development, physician practice management and cardiovascular operations. Her background includes leadership positions in both independent cardiology groups and large integrated health systems, giving her a broad perspective on the operational and strategic challenges facing cardiovascular programs today. 

Karen is particularly passionate about helping organizations turn benchmarking data into actionable insights. Leveraging her background in strategic planning and operational leadership, she works closely with MedAxiom members to better understand performance trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and connect with the resources, expertise and peer network that can help them succeed. 

Karen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics from Wheaton College and a Master of Health Administration degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
