As Enterprise Project Manager, Susan applies her passion for customer service, sales and event planning to coordinate projects and meetings across divisions at MedAxiom.
Susan previously served as the presidential team liaison and supported the executive office at the American College of Cardiology. Prior to her career in cardiovascular healthcare, Susan served as the director of meeting services at the Associated General Contractors of America, a leading association in the construction industry. In this role, she planned and executed multiple meetings per year with a focus on facilitating the work of board members and executive leaders.
She acted in several different capacities over the course of 10 years at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, working in group sales, meetings and special events, and food and beverage operations. She has planned and executed corporate events, board meetings, high-profile weddings, fundraising galas, trade shows, and association meetings, and worked with a variety of clients, including professional athletic teams, diplomatic groups and entertainers.
Susan grew up in Baltimore, MD and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in hospitality management from Penn State University.
