Manager of Industry Partnerships

As Manager of Industry Partnerships at MedAxiom, Courtney Caswell manages a portfolio of partner organizations and is responsible for the successful delivery of partnership and sponsorship programs from onboarding through execution and renewal.  

Courtney has a strong background in sports operations and finance for collegiate athletics teams. As Director of Finance for Florida State Football, Courtney oversaw financial operations, procurement and budgeting while partnering with coaches, administrators and university stakeholders to support the program's strategic goals. 

Courtney also served as Director of Baseball Operations at the United States Naval Academy after holding multiple operational and recruiting positions with Florida State Baseball, where she gained experience in athletic administration, budgeting and recruiting operations.

Courtney holds a bachelor's degree in Media/Communication Studies and Sport Management and a master's degree in Sport Management from Florida State University.
