Earlier this year, Fresenius Medical Care North America, one of the nation’s leading healthcare conglomerates, made the decision to formally merge two of their most successful and synergistic companies, National Cardiovascular Partners (NCP) and Azura Vascular Care (Azura). By joining forces, this newly formed organization will become the sixth largest ASC network of outpatient facilities in the US. The new company is in the midst of fully integrating and rebranding itself, so stay tuned for more details. In the meantime, we’d like to tell you a bit about who we are and what we do.
