RESOURCES TO RESUME
Access to supplies creates a direct impact on case prioritization. An uninterrupted supply chain for supplies matched to the ramp up in service is a key strategy for service continuance and managing overhead.
Supply chain is critical:
SCREENING AND TRAFFIC CONTROL
If some entryways are closed, assure that signage clearly directs patients to entries where care can be immediately accessed. All open entries should have staffed screening stations. Having patients wait in their vehicles rather than a waiting area may be a practical approach, using cell phone communication. If waiting areas are necessary, physical distancing is mandatory – consider engineering seating to create distancing.
