LOCKED ePoster Winner Presentations: Transforming the Future of CV Care

MedAxiom celebrates our first cohort of ePoster winners! The MedAxiom CV Transforum Abstract Review Committee selected four abstracts under the following topic areas to be displayed as electronic poster presentations (ePosters). These submissions represent the projects most likely to transforum the future of cardiovascular care:

  • Value-Based Care: Delivery of care where reimbursement is based on patient health outcomes.
  • Quality Improvement: Systematic and continuous actions leading to measurable improvement.
  • Care Delivery and Cost Reduction: Operational, administrative and financial processes.
  • Implementation Science: Study of methods promoting adoption/implementation of evidence-based practices.
